GOOD point! I thought it was cool how $ carried over from GT3 to GT4. Let's hope we get the same ($100K and basic license done) in GT5. No sense starting with a total shitbox unless you have to (or you're Jox).

 

They experimented with a more custom track creator but it was deemed to be too difficult to implement by November 2nd. So they made a more accessible version. Each track is divided into 4-parts and you can vary the amount, severity, elevations of tracks. Then you can also select a variation of settings/landscapes.

I pre-ordered this, but I have to say I'm not sure I'll enjoy it as much as F1 2010 (even though it's got bugs). I've started to have a lot of fun trying to squeeze more time out of each track in F1, and I'm pretty sure, as with Forza and GT4, modifying cars will be more fun than actually driving them (for me personally, I sometimes felt like the races in GT4 and Forza were annoying, since anything less than 1st was a loss).

We'll see, still pretty excited about it, driving games are always a fun break for me.

 

Same here. If I get tired of shooting people, playing soccer, or using the Force, then GT5 will get the call. It's like a rotation... those 5-6 games will last me a year or more.
