I bought the Mercedes-Benz CLK Touring Car 2nd hand and tuned it to the max. Won everything easily.

It's only virtual money - live a little!

 

Got to say my fav car thus far has been the Audi RS6 Avant tuned to 900+ hp. May have to repeat some of the tuning mods on my personal RS6! Really weird seeing it whizz around a track...

The Zonda R and Mazda Furai Concept are also cool cars. Plus all the Ferraris and Lambos of course are must buys/wins.

 

My thoughts exactly come on man just slap down some cash and call it a day then take it for a photo sesh and load on TS for everyone!

 

Zonda R in GT5 sounds nothing like the real car though - much quieter in GT5!

 

I think all the cars except a fully tuned SV sound like shit in that game. I hate how games cannot get that right I was hoping that was what took so long to make this one was all the sound bites but NOPE. That's really my only big complaint on the game.

 

The game took so long to make because it has 100 Hondas, 96 Mazdas, 136 Nissans and 82 Toyotas in it!! 99% of which are completely pointless cars for a racing game!

 

Getting bored of b-spec endurance races now (doing lv 27 one for the 3rd time) - especially as have several power cuts during them, with tiny prize money at the end and crappy reward cars.

Just holding out until level 30 when I can then go for the X1....

Perhaps if I get a driver up to level 40 then the Nascar b-spec events I am missing gold in will be achievable.

This game was not developed with greeness/power-saving in mind - having to leave your PS3 running for 24hours b-spec events for no real reason (ie. no user inputs) is a bit irresponsible in my eyes...

 

If you tune the Zonda R and it sounds like a vacuum cleaner, it's because it's a glitch.

 

I'm so pissed. Stock the Zonda R sounded awesome, tuned it (which can't be undone) and now it just sounds like a straight-cut transmission. Thanks.

 

Does anyone by chance have a spare pickup that isn't an SSR that they wouldn't mind parting with?
