Yeah, mine's a beast and very neutral. I was disappointed there are no turbo kits for it, too.

I guess I need to win that Toyota Minolta car. Bummer.

How do you get the SLS in AMG academy?
Do you just have to complete it or complete it in all Gold?

Well, I gave this game a good shot, but it's back to F1 2010 for me. The last straw was the Professional Supercar race, for which I got a sweet TDF blue 458. Given there was a Veyron in the race, I figured I needed some more power, so I got some goodies (nothing crazy, exhaust, manifold, intake).

The race starts, and I immediately smoke everyone. No contest. The Veyron is apparently second to last, most likely driven by someone with special needs, and my car sounds like an 80s synthesizer from a horror movie. I mean seriously, if someone told me to close my eyes and guess the car, the very last thing that would come to mind would be a Ferrari. I'm not sure how they screwed up the sound so badly, but it's painfully obvious they're digitized recreations. I know how these games handle sounds, and they're all interpolating from a few clips, but typically the sound engineers figure out how to make it sound real. Also, the premium cockpits look so gorgeous, but the noise inside sounds like driving a Lexus with a whiny power steering unit. No exhaust note at all.

So, sadly, this game will go on the shelf, and I'll pull it out when I feel like having some fun at the 'ring by myself, since the AI is so awful. Or, maybe I should race some of you guys online, I didn't try that out yet (although I don't have enough money for the fun cars).

lol it's kind of funny, I like creaming these guys

F1 2010 is a great game no doubt, but you will remember how pissed off we all were before the patch when the AI weren't pitting? Give GT5 another chance, don't think it'll disappoint. GLN, as an example, sold it to his buddy and now everytime I get on PS3 I see he's playing GT5

True. But it makes everything a lot easier.
