Oh my, I unlocked the ACOG on the M4, and wrecked holy hell on the opposing teams.. I LOVE this MOH. So much more realistic and "hardened" than MW2.

Especially love the friendly fire, I like that you cant just blindly run around spraying everything that moves. Pick your shots....

 

That is what hardcore mode is for in MW2...

 

Okay, so I'm liking it more and more- but I'm STILL not liking the way the player moves. It doesnt seem as smooth as in MW2. Like, when you first spawn, why does it seem like my guy is in slow mo; but then if I press down and hold he'll eventually run? Like he's building up speed?

I might change the sensitivity on the controller....

And I can't believe I'm saying this; but I like the AK better then my M16

 

OH and how do I turn off the other players? I can't stand listening to them.

 

There is a setting in MP that you can turn off all voice stuff. I am not sure how to mute individual players. I just turned off everyone.

 

Did they change things with the game???

I was playing last night, Team Assault. The team total points used to be 1200, now its 1400 no big deal.

I was sniping, but people weren't dieing. These were center mass shots, even some head hots, guys wouldn't drop. A few of the dudes it took 3-4 shots before they would fall. As realistic as this game is, I don't think that is any where near being real. If this is how the game is going to be, I will be trading it in.

I noticed the multi-shot BS on sniper now... the only way to get a certain one-shot kill is with the dedicated sniper rifles (M24 or SV98) to the head. I still like it since: A) there are no ****ing stupid ass cowboy shotguns, B) dudes with SCOPES on machine pistols, C) idiot kids yelling and jumping everywhere in the game, D)... I could go on and on. COD: Black Ops will be good, but I have a feeling my MP time will be spent with MoH.

 

I only use the M24(v) and SV98(v) with HP scope and open tip. Also I haven't figured out the advantage to using the (veteran) weapons.

The multi-shot crap now puts the advantage on the other player. As soon as you shoot and hit, your position has been given away, even though I hit him he can still fire back, while I load another round into the chamber.

I think the guy should at least be knocked down (like last stand is COD) to give the sniper a little better chance and making the kill.

I definitely agree with you on the other points.

 

I've mostly given up on traditional sniping. Now I just use the battle rifles on certain maps (like the Kunar Base) to bump up my sniper class. I'm Tier 1 in Spec Ops and Rifleman now. The SAW with the red dot and muzzle brake is pretty sick. Also, the veteran guns seem to have a little more pop - check out the damage when you cycle through them. I want to say my suppressed veteran M4 has one bar more than the same with the regular M4. Plus they're uber-ninja camo...

 

Thats enough of a reason right there to use them
