That sucks, we got one like that from best buy one time... They even tried to hassle us when we tried to take it back THE NEXT DAY.

Wonder if is worth salvaging anything off it besides the remote, base, and side speakers.
UPS is paying for a new one.

I know of a few refurb Elite Pro's that were available, if you are interested, I can see how much they are currently going for.

^What is the allure of the Elites, other than the name? I may be interested as well.

On a side note, can you ship those Grado $90 earbuds overseas? I am deployed and am tired of the iPod ones and have no way to get better ones other than bestbuy.com.
