Formation, when you and the other players (fire squad) have consistant, and seemless movement around the map. Either by flanking, or going directly AT the enemy.
When you work as a team your success rate is MUCH higher. A week ago a bunch of us worked 6 maps together and surprise surprise! We won every match.
When you have a game full of hero's is when the sh*t starts flying.... and so do the bodies. LOL

LOL - Military speak. Us former MIL guys tend to like working in teams.
