We had a couple good games last night. I was just about to add you when I noticed you in our lobby.... Next time I'll back out and add you properly so we stay on the same team.

I don't use it anymore, I agree I dislike when other players use it, but when I first started I used it.

Anyone on Xbox noticing problems joining/creating parties? I can't seem to join LAClit's games, and he can't join mine.

+1. I don't want fantasy weapons in the game.

It'd be great if COD3 has a real physics engine, e.g. you have to lead people that are running & bullets drop.

I have no problem joining games. You have to wait til the party has room for another player you will see "join party in progress" or something. With using that you run the chance of being on different teams. You have to be at the main menu before you enter a game and invite a friend to join.
