I don't care much about overall high score. I get it about 1 in 5 games, but I try to maximize my Kill/Death ratio and get fewest deaths. In about 1200 games, I have fewest deaths 500+ times. My K/D ratio is 1.40. I don't camp - and I don't consider dominating a building or structure camping. Camping is sitting in one corner of a map the whole game taking opportunistic kills. And no, sniping is not camping by definition.
There are a lot of strategies for scoring high. I just play the game as realistically as possible - I use bursts of full-auto, not empty the mag; I don't hop around or use ****ing retarded-ass cowboy guns; I don't put ACOG scopes on SMGs (unless completing a challenge); etc. etc. I apply real tactics 9/10 times and they work.

Very important to score high next to the factors you mentioned is knowing the map, anticipate where the enemy spawns etc. I anticipate where the enemies are or where they are coming from based on the position of my teammates. Trying to read your opponents helps a lot as well, often people play according to certain patterns, if you play against clans in S&D you can bet that when you kill one of them that others will try to flank you.
Hardcore Capture HQ and Hardcore S&D are my favorite game modes, any PC players here?

This makes me miss being able to get oline and play. Just me and my roommate (who was a infintry Marine) go at it on split screen. We usually do somekind of special match like shotguns or handguns only. Makes it intresting. We have to get the internet soon though.
