Don't worry, I was getting pretty pissed as well. Alot of players were using lame heartbeat sensors.

Ninja Pro makes your footsteps silent and you are invisible to heartbeat sensors.

I use ninja pro, it makes you footsteps silent but does not make you invisible to the heartbeat sensor. If you want to be invisible to the heartbeat sensor you need cold-blooded. I don't use it because I use stopping power.

Cold-blooded: Invisible to killstreaks and thermal
Cold-blooded pro: No red name + no crosshairs on enemy screen.

I love to use Scavenger Pro, Cold-Blooded Pro, and Ninja Pro. Unless someone actually sees me, it's like I was never there...
The other load that's fun on big, open maps (or Rust) is the AK + noob tube + AT4 + Scavenger Pro + Danger Close Pro + Commando Pro.
