i know someone who has it; its not as amazing as everyone thinks its going to be. It wasn't a let down, but its not the best thing since sliced bread.

 

I've been playing it for a couple of days and I actually think it's the best FPS-game out there. And I don't even like FPS games . Although, the story is way to short.

 

How can the sniper be that accurate at a medium distance? On previous COD games a sniper would just be aiming "somewhere" when you tried shooting without the full aim. Looks very good though.

 

I'm sticking to Uncharted 2, it's a pretty awesome game.

 

Meh... I am not supporting this game. It isn't ported for PC's very well.

 

Don't get confused thinking sniping will be easy in this game. This guy has some other videos floating around, and he is literally godlike in his abilities.

Even if this game is only 10% better than COD4 (which nothing has yet to eclipse), it will still be completely unrivaled.


I use to play FPS games on the PC all the time, and was extremely resistant to leaving that format, but with the introduction of consoles like the 360 and PS3, that really just doesn't make sense anymore. Unless you have your PC hooked up to a huge screen, home stereo, headset and a controller, you are not getting any where close to the experience that the developers intended for people to have. I can see why they aren't putting much effort into the PC version anymore. Poor sales and the fact that perhaps only 1% of the people that are playing on the PC have a proper setup to truly appreciate the game due to the tremendous cost of building one, is likely extremely off putting to Activision/Infinity Ward.

 

Is that real? How can anyone get a clean headshot like that? I'm wondering if he has some sort of cheat enabled.
