So, this is what a 16K a pair speaker sounds like

Over lunch I stopped by my dealer to see WTF is up with the delay on my NAD M15HD order, and got a chance to listen to the Dynaudio Sapphire.

I listened to the Two channel SACD layer of the Telarc Carmina Burana on it driven by Mac amp and pre amp.

The difference between that and my Dynaudio Focus system is just hilarious. The sound stage of this Sapphire is ginormous and airy, and the matter and the urgency of O Fortuna was very natural and never strained or artificial.

Wow.

I use the Confidence C4 in my den and they are stunning, if you like what you heard today do yourself a favor and take a listen to the C4.

I can get you a smoking deal on the Dyna stuff if you ever need anything

I have the full line of Focus speakers except the 110 since I have the 5 channel setup.

We auditioned the Contours, but ended up with the Focus.

Let me know what you can do on the Sub 500 in Rosewood via PM.

the 2010 GTIs have it as a $476 option. It's only 300 watts but the sound is great

Touaregs and CCs get the full 600 watt package but that's $1000

I have demoed the C4 and Evidence Temptation. I have always been a huge fan of Dynaudio.
