New TV time.
Our TV took a crap and I need one before Sunday/the Masters. Sadly the room it's going in, isnt the largest, so 37" would be ideal, but we might look at a 42".
Any great deals/recommendations on a decent set?

90% will be watching sports (Hockey/Football/Golf primarily), 10% hooked to a Laptop. What's best for those uses?
No real budget, although I'll stay away from the ones that are dipped in platinum/encrusted with diamonds.
Edit: Seeing as I wont be watching Blu-rays etc, do I really need 1080p? I see HD sports is only broadcast at 720p...

This guy:

I saw it at Best Buy, and it has way more LED elements, as the blooming effect in credit (white over black), is very very minimal.
And you can of course use it as a computer monitor with 1:1 pixel mapping.

Bump back up to the top...
didn't want to create a new thread but am looking at getting something for Mothers day this weekend...
I found a great deal on a Samsung PN42A450 but don't know if the 450series is a quality piece... I was looking at 32"/37" 550/650 model LCDs and they seemed to be a little more expensive but also looked a bit better (the 120hz 650 was gorgeous).
Any suggestions? Size or panel quality is what it comes down to really, no?
