Any of the them

Really depends your budget, I would say the Sleek-Audio SA6 is the best earphones for the money. The Shure SE530 at the price I currently have it at is hard to pass up but really depends what you are looking to get out of them.

The SE110 just had a price drop which is why they are now at the same level at the SF3's. The SF3's are going to have a little better sound stage but the SE110's are going to fit easier.

If you want the SE210, I can do better then the price listed on the site. It is basically the SE110 but in the more comfortable design.

Another question, my wife wants something for running that won't fall out of her ears. Any suggestions?

thanks

Really any of the in-ear earphones with the correct tips should not fall out, even when running. I would recommend using the Comply foam tips or dual flange tips the since they will give the best seal and are easily replaceable.

While it's true that in-ears are nearly impossible to fall out, keep in mind the dangers of not being able to hear anything but your music. I'm not sure if that's an issue for your wife, but I once was listening to my Shure's on my walk to campus and I nearly got hit by a car.
