More detailed pics...
A lot of people apparently went looking and offered to buy the car, but the shop owner insists, car is not for sale.
Mileage has probably been tempered with.

There was a huge thread on another board about this car. It is not abandoned technically. The owner was a rich Prince or something who dropped the car off for service and never picked it up (might have been killed or fled the country). The owner of the shop will not sell it even though he has gotten some crazy offers.

Killed or fled the country? Princes OWN the country.
I know that some of these people habitually buy supercars, drive it for a few months while its "hot" and then park it somewhere then forget about it.
It is supposedly shameful for them to re-sell cars, so they prefer just abandoning them or give em away.

There was a similar story in the NY TIMES about some french hedge-fund guy in London, who was too busy making deals that he forgot about his $140K Maserati that was towed for a while.
It happens...

LOL, I'll say! The trip odometer reads higher than the total mileage odometer!

Maybe he hasn't gone back because the service isn't done yet.

I've seen that guy in another instance, and he said he had not forgotten about it, just didn't find/make the time to go and pick it up.
