Blue Ferrari F40 Tricolore - One of a kind! - YouTube

A few days ago I took Teamspeed user Peloton25 for a visit around Maranello and we had a truly unique opportunity to visit an incredible workshop near the Ferrari factory. There were many interesting cars inside such as Villeneuves' F1, FXX EVO, SA Aperta etc.. but this unique F40 with a tricolour stripe was definitely the biggest surprise to me!

 

Great color and quality work, but IMO this is one of those cars you do not touch.

I'm on the fence. It's different but, I'm not too sure if I like the shade of blue.

 

I love the maritime blue-esque color. Do you know the official name? Also, the stance on the f40 is so f'n mean. It makes the California look like it has a lift kit.

 

A big thanks to Marchettino for the tour of Modena he helped arrange. I liked this beautiful thing quite a bit myself - in fact when we walked in the front door and my friends were all drawn to the carbon bodied Ferraris in the front showroom I kept walking and went straight for this. I'll have some photos to share later on as I am still sorting through a mass of content from my Italy excursion.
