Jas I was reading an old Road and Track article about the Mclaren F1, Porsche 959, and Ferrari F40. What was interesting was the last sentense of each car. The writier took his heart rate after each drive.

Porsche 959- 120 bpm (beats per minute)
Mclaren F1- 125 bpm
Ferrari F40- 143 bpm

I remember that article very well and after I drove the F40, I can certainly testify that the F40 quickens the heart rates like no other car I've ever driven!

^^ It was a great article. Only thing I was lucky enough to drive that got my heart rate going was a 996 TT X-50. I'd probably have a heart attack if I drove a GT2

As far as aftermarket wheels for the F40, its a toss up between Neez and Enkei wheels for moi....I think the Neez are a touch more aggressive, but here is a pic of the Enkei wheels.
Never a fan of those, the front and rears always looked too different to me.

OZ Racing does make some nice wheels for the F40. I saw a shot of the F40 LM test car used at Monza circa 1989. It had white OZ Racing wheels. I'll never forget that shot. It was a side view. I could never find that pic since....
