Spied: Ferrari Enzo Successor Test Mule

The 458 chassis must be similar enough to test the new drivetrain. The ad-hoc contouring with the pasted on panels must approximate the Cd numbers close enough although will look very different in the final form. I doubt they will raise the roofline and keep the overly tall Kamm tail.

I can't wait to see the battle between this one and th McLaren P12. It will be epic. The McLaren F1 was born in 1994 and, for lots of people, was considered the best supercar ever or at least the best of the 90s. The same thing happened with the Ferrai Enzo in 2002. But with a difference between them of 8 years it was impossible to compare them. No there isn't excuses. One will reach the glory, the other one will be the winner of the losers, which is equal to be the first of the losers. Ferrari is right, a new era of extreme V12 supercars is starting, but... Will the V12 engine be better than others? Or will this engine be condemned to disappear?

I really love to see a car that really looks like some of these design studies. But the details of this cars are at least 20 years away of us.

I think that is a good-looking rendering, but it looks more like an Aventador competitor, more like a supercar than an "hyper-car".

Did you ever see the rendering that Left Lane News created before the Aventador was released?? It was DEAD on!! I think sometimes the media actually can get it right!!
I actually like the rendering better than the real car...
