Never mind, I didn't win.

Oh well, I can still afford an Enzo model car.

This is the most I've ever heard anyone talk about the lottery. I had to get in on it too! Lets do a Teamspeed pool.

I'm in - I'll be buying my one ticket. Same mathematical chances as if I were to buy 10,000. If it's meant to be...

I hate to rain on your mathematical parade but if you had 10000 tickets you'd have 9999 more chances then the guy who has 1 ticket Baxter.

LOL - doesn't matter when it's still a 1 in a gazillion chance. A gazillion divided by 1 or by 10000 is statistically the same. Just more numbers to check before crying that I lost.

Lol you guys are funny...it's a very small fraction of a percent either way, which is what Chris is getting at. Overall the odds of getting all five + mega ball is about 1:175.000.000..so 5.7x10^-9 for one ticket vs 5.7*10^-5 for 10,000. Considering the marginal odds in either case, the EV goes to shit buying more than a couple of tickets.
