I resent that. In my opinion it's far more complex than just a kidknapping. Yes, we do have a problem with crime and it's no where as grave, as what is being portrayed.
I was in Zimbabwe a few weeks ago and to my suprise people still operated like normal apart from a few exceptions. From what was published by the media, it made me quite nervous to be honest. After I've been there recently, it's almost feels like a extention of SA minus the luxuries.

@Mike, Just an FYI, I lived in Johnnesburg for 13 years, so i know first hand how bad it is. Shortly before i left a couple got butchered in front of their 4 year old kids and left them on the highway while they took off with their car. back in the day johnnesburg was a good looking city, now it's almost unregnizable. Its a wasteland, with $3 hookers with aids and streets overrun with filth.
So dont tell me that it not half bad as they say, its worse. Its good enough for pigs as it stands.
