Stunning, just stunning. Those wheels look good too. Did you get the stock wheels also?

Congrats! That's a great deal.

What's the history of this F40 if you don't mind me asking?

cmcjo is an unknown quantity at this point
Congratulations Dan!!
It looks superb in your Garage man. Best of luck with it you made a great choice. It seems as if alot of these cars are changing hands.. I want one too!

Hey Jas, is it as fast as the CGT? How about handling and road feel comparison?

Side by side, 2nd gear pulls from a roll...the F40 either pulled on the CGT or was dead even...it was never beaten.

The rush that comes on after 4000 rpm can only be described as shattering...the car is 13 years older than the CGT but matches or slightly exceeds it performance..simply brilliant.

Handling wise, the CGT has a much more sophisticated suspension set up and can be tossed around a bit, with some care of course. The F40 feels much more visceral and the steering feedback is superb....unassisted, every little bump in the road feedsback through the steering. At low speeds it is truck like stiff...come up to speed and it starts to dance.
