So I came into this thread thinking.....
That 599XX is so bad ass, a 1megapixel camera phone picture of that car would look awesome, then I saw the pics you posted and thought "ya, those are some awesome pics! New background material for sure!!!!!!!"

Good eye. Aparently the way this car is designed...there are fans in the trunk area (somewhere) that pull air from under the car and routes it out through the "taillights area" to increase the amount of downforce. If you have an extra $1.6million you might be able to get one of these if all 15(or so) are not already spoken for. You can call FNA directly or start with the local Ferrari dealer.
