I think the owner is this maler Paris Hilton from Japan, still he has one of the sickest collections in the world!

I prefer this....Incredible 41 Ferrari Enzo at the circle of Roma..notted all plates and 7 of them were from Italy, 4 of them from Dubai, 3 from UK, 3 from Turkey, 2 from Holland, 1 from Belgium, 2 from France, 4 from U.Arab Emirates, 1 from Switzerland, 2 from Spain, 2 from Kuwait, 2 from Sweden, 5 from Germany, 1 from Poland, 1 from Austria and the last one was from Luxembourg...
