Yesterday I was fortunate enough to see this extremely rare Ferrari 599 SA Aperta which is 1 of 80 produced. This particular car is the first one in the United States. This is a special order color (not one of the 5 standard colors) which makes the car that much more rare. I am not sure what they call this color. If anyone knows feel free to let me know. I didn't see that one...wow!! That blue one is stunning. The owner has had it for a few weeks now I believe. He told me that his was the first in the country. I am just going by what he said.

erm I think this is wrong....

the first SA Aperta... was custom built for a Ferrari collector in new york... he called up ferrari and said he wanted an SA 599 cause he wanted to celebrate the 35th aniversary since he bought his first ferrari...

they made that for him was displayed at Villa d'Este and then it went into his garage.... and this was about a month and a half ago...

now that they made an other 80 is VERY new to me...
