Giallo for me, with some special features would be the best configuration possible for the 599GTO.

Giallo brake callipers, black wheels, carbon side sills, both black cockpit and black stripe. I would leave the middle of the stripe in giallo were the hood as a slope. Air exits on the hood would also be black in the middle. GTO logo in the back, black with giallo in the slopes of the letters. I think it would highlight the contrast, and ferrari giallo with black turns out amazing combination.
