Paris in the fall will be the venue for Ferrari to roll out its 599 GTO
From Inside Line:
"Just the Facts:
MARANELLO, Italy — Ferrari now plans to publicly unveil its new 599 Fiorano GTO in September at the 2010 Paris Auto Show.
According to a report by AutoWeek, the GTO — the first Ferrari to wear that storied badge since the 1987 288 GTO Evoluzione — will be a limited-edition, lightweight version of the 599 GTB Fiorano, fitted with carbon-fiber body panels, a stripped-out cockpit and new alloy wheels, as well as reworked suspension and aerodynamics.
News of the GTO's resurrection broke last fall on several European Web sites, with Britain's Evo earlier this year carrying official confirmation from Ferrari. Various reports have said the car will use a modified version of the 6.0-liter V12 that powers the 599 GTB Fiorano, producing 650-700 horsepower, with estimates of top speed ranging from 210 to 217 mph and a 0-60-mph time as low as 3.2 seconds.
According to AutoWeek, the car also may get a beefed-up dual-clutch seven-speed gearbox, adapted from the 458 Italia, rather than the six-speed sequential box from the 599 GTB Fiorano. Several sources have said the actual design of the GTO will be inspired by the styling of Ferrari's track-only 599XX."

Thats total rubbish - there will be customer cars delivered by June (if not earlier)
Ferrari said they will show the car at the Beijing on 25 April
I'm going to guess that they release all the info at the start of April after the final customer presentations

I am with trax on this. That is totally uncorrect article. The specs of 599 GTO are already known and were posted some time ago in other thread. There are enough customers who saw this car and already specced it.
May be Ferrari decided to show the car to the public in Paris, but even such move really makes no sence. With all that said I hope to see this beast in Paris because I plan to be there

No DCT for sure. All official specs are already known to many, I do not know why those resources still write as this is some kind of inside information. The official debut will take place on 7th of April, than we will see all the pics and have official Ferrari press release.
