No. The earliest Ferrari that I can find that came with a factory sunroof is 0085 S, a 1950 195 Inter bodied by Touring. There are two earlier cars, both 166 Inters bodied by Touring, that had/have sunroofs, but I don't know if they came that way from the factory.
