Vintage Cartier Gold and Diamond Brooch
Just picked this up along with some other vintage goods from a private client. 18K yellow gold floral design all hand assembled. The .70ct F VVS1 diamond is set in a platinum prong head. Its a stunning piece, I think Im keeping this one for a while as part of my private collection
