this car was parked, and it was a flash flood.....here's what it looked like:
owner's son: "Ya my father and mother were out at a friends house in a new subdivision left the lambo outside, later my mother went for a cig and the car was flooded sgi took it away."

Wait a sec, if that car was park, why does it look like to me that the Diablo is in the second lane, doesn't look like it's parked to me. If you look in the dictionary for stupidity you'll see two photos, one the owner of the Diablo and two the Canadian Flag.
