Have any pictures of what it looks like with the doors open? Are the door jambs still yellow?

+1.

Should have had the dent pulled.

I think the yellow looked far better than the black wrap - so played out.

Good installation though.

Great work! How long does a process like this typically take?

A vinyl wrap won't last eight years. If that's 3M 1080 Series, go and check the specs.

On the roof and hood, for example, the UV exposure reduces the life by a significant amount. In some areas in the US, they will only be warranted for a few months.

All vinyls are rated for vertical exposure, so it's buyer beware. Always check the manufacturers spec sheet before proceeding with claims about outdoor longevity.

Out of interest, which vinyl was used?

Good work with the fitting, btw.

RE:

3M is decent material but not the best in regards to durability and finish. We have Oracal vinyl on cars that are in Florida and it has been 8 years and the vinyl still looks good. As a company we offer an additional warranty on top of the manufacturers. In most cases we rarely have customers keep it on more then 2 years before they want something different but if they keep it and something happens to it i.e. fading, etc we replace free of charge. Care and protection are a tremendous component to keeping it looking good so we provide our wrap customers with care instructions and products to maintain the finish. In the natural light you don't see the dent but as Brick said it is a character mark. This wrap took us 29 hours
