Loves me a clean black car

Finally had a chance to wash my car after logging about 800 miles from a recent trip to California.
Did a full detail a few months ago (wash, clay, 2 step polish, LSP), so just a wash and 2 layers of wax this time around. Still getting some dirty brake water at the bottom of the wheel barrels, but better after I started blowing out the water with hand vac.

I admittedly didn't vacuum the rugs

Looking mighty fine!!! I love it when my Black Turbo is clean, and I don't even consider it to be THAT much work to keep it looking so. More fun driving, but good fun just polishing too. Great job!!!

Nice. What pads did u use. I used to bust out the SIP then FP2 back when I had a lot of time. I have never put wax over the sealant, usually just bust out the sealant for the winter. I use souveran for LSP in the summer and FMJ in the winter.

SIP with an Orange Uber, SF with a Green Uber, Powerlock with a Black Uber (dunno what LC pads these correspond to??)

Wax over sealant probably is overkill. Esp given that fact that we don't really have a 'winter' here. Still trying to figure out if it adds any depth of shine or 'wetness' to the paint. Jury is still out on that one.

Well just keep up what you are doing! I love spending time with my car, it is therapeutic. Sadly this year and last year I have like 0 time.

Gorgeous!

Black looks the best when it's clean.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'm ever getting another black car again. Literally the smallest fingerprints use to drive me MAD.

By the way, how don't you bottom out when pulling up your driveway?

The occasional Saturday or Sunday is all I have. Those will no longer be mine....

Thanks my pizza-snobby brother
As for scraping, I back into my driveway. Also makes it easier to back into the garage. Exit at a STEEP angle Driveway is ironically never a problem. The dip at the end of my street with a deep rain gutter....catches me everytime
