Microfiber towel source?

The towels from Costco are an excellent buy, but fall short when it comes to quality. They are actually a low-mid grade towel that shouldn't be used on the finish. The towels are great for doing grunt work such as wiping down the wheels, cleaning the interior such as carpets, seats, etc. But the finish on today's automobiles is very soft and requires a towel that is much more gentle.
The towels we use and sell are a 403 gram weight and are dual-pile. This makes the towel much more versatile and very safe to use for many applications. I don't buy into having different towels for different applications. This one towel will work on the finish for applying detail spray, removing wax, removing polish, etc. You can use it on the interior to wipe down the seats, dash, doors, etc. The towels are also excellent for cleaning windows. I'll put up a group buy shortly. You guys will love these towels; I promise.

Before using any towels on your paint make sure to test them on a compact disc. Rub it across the cd and if it marrs it in any way, there's a great chance it will marr your paint. I have hundreds of different mf towels from pretty much everyone who sells them, my favorites right now are prototypes and unavailable for purchase, hopefully they will be available soon, they are by far the best quality towels I have for paint.

I use the ones from BJs. Just make sure to rip off the tag. I have a three strike system
1)Brand new towels...they get to touch paint.
2)After #1, they get demoted to door jambs, hood/trunk jambs, and underhood cleaning.
3)After #1 & #2, they get demoted to cleaning wheels.
4)They get tossed, or used as wrags for working on the motor.

I bought those Costco ones too but still haven't tried using them so I can't say if they're any good. I just got a set from Moe too. Still haven't tried using those too! I've been using the ones from Griots up until now and they've always worked well for me.

Let me know what you think. I've used the ones from griot's, the orange ones, and they're not bad. I still like the ones I sent you better.
