Anyone do full wraps in the Chicago area?
#2
I didn't get a full wrap, but I got the entire front end done on my 997 TT by Tim Kirlin. He and his son did a excellent job. They also do a lot of work for area dealers.
PM me if you want his number.

Unfortunately, we do not know of any companies in your area. However, these are the general rules to follow when searching out paint protection film (aka clear bra) installers
1. look at the finished product on similar color to yours
2. do not solely choose on pricing. Generally, the companies providing below average pricing is performing below average workmanship
3. "certifications" mean that the installer did go through some type of training. However, keep in mind that these training courses are typically 3-5 days. What is more important is the amount of time they have been in business
4. Ask for references
Good luck!

Be ware of exacto knife on your paint, most installers cannot handle the knife properly and will leave nice marks on your paint, resulting in repaint.

Yes, this is something that happens all too often in this industry.
