I love the '61 and '62 models. You get the gorgeous look of the C1 with the tail lights from the early C2s, which imo, look a lot better. Awesome car you have there.

Recently made some changes to the T-Bird. Removed the Continental Kit and exchanged the wide whites and wire wheels for black walls and steel wheels. Added the hard to find Button Caps for the wheels. Port Hole Hard Top is on it's storage stand and the soft top is stretching out. Really like this look.

Thought you all might like to see a little more information on the ’65 Big Block (396Ci/425Hp) Corvette Coupe.

Rally Red with White Leather two tone interior. Combine this interior option with the Big Block, and the production numbers for these cars, tumble to very low digits. Some say (who have extensive and recognized backgrounds with Big Block Corvettes) the car may be one of five or less built in '65. So, safe to say, it is a relatively rare configured 1965 BB Corvette Coupe. This brings up the issues of miles on the road. Very few (undocumented) but as of this writing, under 30K miles are on the odometer.

As far as national and regional/local recognition, the car has received a Bloomington Gold and NCRS Top Flight Awards as well as numerous "Best Corvette" awards in the greater PacNoWest area.

Original Interior:

The 396/425 engine. This option was for the last half of the production run in 1965 and the 396 was only used this one year:

And, the car. Repaint in 1979 and today, it remains near flawless:
