Whats a fair price for an original, unrestored 68 shelby gt 350 with 24k miles, repainted once with the optional paxton blower?

Sorry no pics. Just saw the car. I'm not a big shelby fan but I'm not stupid. If its a great deal I'll flip it. Body looks good, no obvious rust. Seats are worn with some cracks. Wood steering wheel is slightly worn, door panels have some wear. Its a numbers matching car and completely drivable. Just not show room finish.
