I'm 194 pounds and probably like 6"1 and wear a Large American Apparel t-shirt. It fits semi-loosely but when washed a few times, fits snug. I'm a tall lanky athletic ****.

That said, I carry my weight differently then most guys my height/weight...broad shoulders...body is square, no big belly, etc....this thread is getting boarder line gay
That said, these guys are very good about returns if the size doesn't fit. I can't say enough good things about them, they have gone above and beyond to help me over the years on things.
for reference, found an old pic of me in a XXL shirt of theirs...I was probably 230lbs here. I've ordered XL's before, and they were just a tad bit to small for my liking
