Did you know...

That in the state of Arkansas, it is illegal to drive barefoot. How's that for irony.

barefoot FTW! I usually slip off my sandals or birkenstock clogs and rock naked feet in the summers

as for driving shoes I really don't have many choices but I'm picking these up soon, hopefully a pair of Pumas as well

Just got these in the mail today. Little different from the '(fill-in-the-blank)-cats' Pumas.
And more importantly, no Ferrari Scuderias slapped all over it. Can't wait to go try them out.

I wear these Piloti high tops that Griots sells. They have mucho ankle support which I need.

Pilotis are a great driving shoe. Can't drive in running shoes because they get caught up in the footwell and dress shoes are too slippery. I've been wearing my Spyder SV's EVERYDAY for the last 6 months. Great as they are, they're also ugly as sin. Middies or high tops would be cool, but my chicken legs make that a no-no
Plus, my wife will finally stop asking me if I would consider wearing another shoe

Dave, which model of Pilotis are those?

I just picked up a pair of Spyder SVs a few weeks ago for only $30. I'm pretty happy with them so far since they seem to offer a lot more support and everyday comfort compared to my Puma Kart Cats.
