The engine sounds nicely, like a turbine.
2015 Cayenne S first drive impressions:
The Cayenne S power train don't arises from the Audi product range. The S has an entirely new 3.6-litre V6 biturbo engine never seen in any Cayenne to date, that was entirely developed by Porsche and shows both improved performance and fuel economy compared to its predecessor. The new engine is rarely lacking, the eight-speed auto always finding the right ratio, and for all its added firmness the Cayenne still rides very convincingly indeed.
This Cayenne S model is now a comparatively silent SUV. Engine power is quietly continually rising. The new 2015 S is quieter and more comfortable. The old V8 is more rorty.
