Thanks everyone for the welcome!
There is no question that I find myself lucky enough to enjoy seat time in a GT3, 997TT and now a Panny. I have enjoyed over 51k miles in the twin turbo. I used to use it as my daily driver up until 2 years ago. Where I now work has a lot of hills and I don't enjoy the manual in stop and go traffic. Now I have two boys 8 and 10 where I regularly pick them up from sports activities and school occasionally. I have entered a different phase in my life.
I do have an eye out for the 991 turbo hopefully sometime in the next several years. Until then I am really enjoying the Panny and it usefuleness.
When I do have an itch for a 911, my sister lets me drive her 997.2 TTS for weeks at a time. Now that is a fast car.
We recently lost our father to cancer this year. It has been tough on everyone. I was inspired to draw the mural on his behalf. He always told us in life that when we confront an obstacle, you can't move side to side, you have to move frwrd.
