955 Cayenne - Seatbelt and Armrest

The driver seatbelt tensioner on my CTT seem to be lazy in that it doesn't retract quickly but it does retract (sometimes with help). Anyone have any advice on what to do or if need replace and a diagram of how to replace? Any good spots to by the needed parts?

Also, my kids seems to have caused an issue with the front center armrest. The hinge seems to be out of joint and it has issues with opening (the top portion/lid of the armrest lifts OK but the bottom doesn't move past 45 degrees without work. I need a diagram on how to remove the center console and/or armrest so I can see what is going on with the hinge.

Thanks!

I found this site for details on diagram part lists. Still need help with Porsche instructions to remove/replace the parts and other good sites for parts with competitive prices.

I don't like to sound snotty or anything, but wouldn't it be easier to leave it to a Porsche dealer so they can fix it properly?
