It's a '04, supposedly an S. (Registration doesn't say S). Any way one can tell from just looking?

Afaik the Turbo S was released -06 so I'd have it checked.

 

That's what I thought also, but then again who would go through the effort to put the S badge on a beautiful Turbo. I mean, I could see a V6 owner doing it ... but this.

I am on one of the most valuable Porsche sources on the net, why would I wait until tomorrow to ask some random sales rep who doesn't know his 993s from his 964s what can be answered here within the hour?

I tried to find the car on the blocket, but to no avail. I realized that the Cayennes are really starting to drop. a bit over 300k SEK for an S, 400-500k for a tt. That's a lot of car for that kind of money.

 

Yup, for sure! Except driving them around Stockholm is like being the anti-christ though. A guy I work with who has one gets rude notes on his windshield at least once a week, and they've emptied his tires on a number of occations ... All in true Swedish eco-hippie spirit.

Blocket är ju till 99% ett helt museum i sanslöst korkade människor. Jag har ett par som gör mig helt galen:

- Någon säger sig vara pedantägare, men ett av fotona innehåller bild på vinter/sommarhjulen som dom LUTAR mot lacken. Pucko.
- Ett försäljningspris och ett "bytespris". "Hej, här är min 996 från 98 med automatlåda för 375,000. Byter gärna mot 997 GT3, men då är bytespriset 420,000". Vad fan är bytespris? Antingen sätter man ett pris på bilen eller så låter man bli.
- Du ringer på en bil och frågar tio gånger om den är snygg eller har bucklor, repor. "Nej, inte alls". Finns det dörruppslag? "Nej". Du åker dit, biljäveln är pepprad med dörruppslag och omlackad överallt.
- "Ring Camilla för mer info". Du kollar mobilnumret på Hitta. Det går till en Abdulla i Salem. Tack och hej.
- Du sätter ut annons vid ett annat tillfälle och inom 10 minuter har Achmed low-ballat dig med ett antal mail med bud 85% under vad du begär. Hans kusin mailar en timme senare och ger ett bra bud. Du accepterar, ni kommer överrens. Han dyker aldrig upp och har stängt av mobilen. Ridå.
