Cayenne cannot go off-roading - one vote for Land Rover here. And I really wanted to like the new Cayenne (previous Cayenne owner).

Who said you couldn't go off roading. Of course you can.

And let's be honest, how many people really buy SUVs to actually go off-roading.

Ironic because I drive a Range Rover and for the first time in 5 years of ownership, I took it off roading and I ended up getting a flat.

Hey, look at this way. At least you got your RR to start and actually run as opposed to being stuck at the dealership with another issue.

Even the GT3 (RS) is a rally car. I mean, it can't go over huge rocks, but it can get you through an "off-road" rally circuit fairly quickly.

If the GT3 (RS) can do it, I'm sure the Cayenne can (and much better). Also, why would Porsche have promotional videos of the Cayenne off-roading if it couldn't go off-road?

Not one, but 4 seperate clients have had several issues; among them all- either failed to start, or wouldn't stop running with the key OUT of the car with no keyless start.

RR are plagued with electrical issues.

Yeah, I strongly recommend everyone buy a GT3RS(!) for all of their off-road needs. Why would someone ever consider a Range Rover or Cayenne?
