Removing of 2011 cayenne headrest??

the new cayenne's headrests cannot be removed by conventional method. i am told that a waiver has to be signed at the dealer before they would do it for me!! anyone know how to do it? thanks.

Lift the head rest all the way up, then pop the colored circular covers off of the base where the post slides through. there is a detent that has to be pressed in at the same time your pulling up. that should do it.
