Day 4, First problem

Yesterday, my new Panamera 4S deleted all the settings and presets I had spent about 30 minutes putting into the PCM. This includes all the radio and satellite station presets and well as some, but not all, of my system preferences and settings. I have no idea why this happened. Went over to visit a friend, went in for coffee minutes later, got in the car, restarted it and the presets were gone. I put them all back in (only took about 15 minutes the second time as I was familiar with the process) and we'll see what happens next.
Is this a one time hiccup or is this a known or recognized issue?

Otherwise, the car is surpassing all expectations (which were pretty high) and is fantastic.

you have to save the settings to your seat button, otherwise if you hit the seat button it will erase the preset information

That explains it! I let my friend drive the car, and when I got back in, I hit the 1 seat button to return to my seat position and that must have erased the preset information. How do I save the settings to the seat button?

I'm not sure the seat setting option has anything to do with the PCM settings. I thought I heard there was an issue with the PCM rebooting. I have not had this problem.
I had a PSM failure warning pop up several weeks ago but after turning the car off and back on it reset itself. At the time I was driving normally on a straight road.

**I stand corrected. No one drives the car but me so I hadn't come across this circumstance. Glad it turned out to be nothing!
