Yachting Blue/Blk Pana S
Hey everybody,
After placing my order with Porsche in November, my car finally arrived. It was worth every second of the wait. I had taken a test drive when the first ones arrived at the dealership, but it was relatively brief. I was not prepared for the unbelievable performance this car is capable of. I've barely pushed it 1/4 yet.
Car is currently getting tint, but I took some photos the other day. I know how much you guys like photos.
I did not get any performance upgrades and in these few days that I've been driving, have put over 200 mi already, I can't see where it needs any.
I have the basics..
20" Spyder wheels (I wanted Turbo II's but lost out, these are a great 2nd choice)Bluetooth, XM, Bose (awesome!) Heated Seats, 4 Zone Air, Park Assist w/ Rear Camera, Porsche Entry & Drive, Ipod Interface (very cool) Aluminum trim, Soft ruffled leather seats, and let's not forget the floor mats, lol.
Getting used to the buttons. They are overwhelming at first but it doesn't take long to figure out. Everything is laid out with logic and each one has a clear function. I am coming out of an Audi with their brilliant MMI, and I will miss it's ease of use and proximity, but will get used to Porsche's way in no time.

When I posted the comparison I figured the Panamera owners might be offended, never did I consider it an insult to Crossfire owners. Go figure.

^ lol..I know how Alzilla feels about the Panamera. I'm trying not to be offended, though.
ECB, what truck? The car in the garage is my daughter's A4. *edit..I think I get it..you mean I should lower it? It's my DD, and after driving SUV's for 15 years, I already feel like I'm on the ground!
Got it back from tint and it looks even better now. Thanks for the nice comments and welcome!

I think ECB is suggesting that you lower the Pana bc the gap above the wheels looks truck-like.
Edit: Oh, you already edited. haha

Congratulations on your new arrival. It does look great, I got the aluminum trim as well and it really does look sharp. Enjoy it all in good health, I hope to be enjoying my car within the next month.
By the way, what are the break-in procedures for your car?
