rojda is an unknown quantity at this point
Yes the parking sensor beeps and also shows a virtual map around the car. It is very good. However, I have to back into my garage and the view of the rear corners of the car is nonexistent. The camera system projects your trajectory based upon your wheel turn and this makes it easy to pull into my spot.

I do not anticipate backing into any parking spaces in my daily routines but if that was part of my life, the camera would make lots of sense. The 7-series BMW has the sensor system and it works very well, I remain hopeful that the sensors will be all I need...

Then it's basically what I have now in my Audi. It's great, but agree with you about the rear corners. I usually just rely on it for backing into parking spots, but may be trading garage sides with the hubby so I don't have to park the Pana next to my 19 yr. old's car. Her friends aren't as careful getting out as they could be.

Dadc4S..I'm sure it won't be a hindrance then. I'm excited about mine, too..was a Nov. order but I just got the VIN last week. Should be on the boat by now. We have the same interior and trim.

Cool. I never saw the Aluminum trim in person, so it was somewhat of a leap of faith. I have seen a few mediocre photos of it and they look good. I just didn't feel wood was right for this car and didn't want to splurge on the carbon fiber which seems a little too "boy racer". How did you get your VIIN, from your dealer?

Dealer told me the build date is 3/18. He had said it would be in February but I guess he was misinformed. Anyone have any idea when I might expect the car to be at my dealer in Ohio? Wonder if they will have switched to the paddles instead of the buttons for the PDK by then....that would be cool...

I think I saw every interior except Anthracite Birch. I was going to originally opt for the CF until I saw it in person. I like the contrast of the aluminum with the black, plus it's a matte finish so it won't show smudges and dust.

You should have your car by early May. They originally told me Christmas/New Year on mine but there have been delays. I've heard it's because they're pushing out the new Cayenne's.
