On second thought, it could be Poland too . . . or any other country of that latitude, judging by the sun.

My guess is that this was stolen some place and shipped east, and now they're exporting it to the US. Euro cars don't make sense for you unless something very fishy is involved - they are twice the price here.

 

Nah, just a regular old scam... fishing for business.
