Retrofit XM in Panamera

Is it possible to have XM installed on a panamera post production?

But can a dealer add it on with relatively no issues?

No it cant be added. You cant add XM/6 disc changer/Nav to PCM 3.0. It has to be done at the factory.

The reasons that you cant are due to the proprietary rights built-in to the system itself. Being a hard drive based system, Porsche has gone the route of being a PIA and allowing such encryption.

-it hasn't be successfully hacked, that I know of.

meatnpotatoz is an unknown quantity at this point
Know this is a little old, but XM can be retrofitted however it requires the use of an outboard controller. As has been previously noted, there is no fully integrated solution for PCM 3 or 3.1. Hope that helps.
