I am going to make road trip and I would like to film that trip. Do you have any suggestions what would be best equipment for filming? I am planning to have installed one camera to front of my car and one camera inside my car so I could easily take camera and film if there is something interesting outside. Is there a good camera that would film steady film even on bad roads? It would be very nice if camera could film even in dark. Also there should be a possibility to get film to computer in (almost) real time, so I could film all the time without taking camera and moving everything to my laptop.

By the way, nowadays there are couple of 3d cameras, but do you know is there any 3d-camera for this purpose?

 

GoPros are probably going to be your best bet if you're looking to stay cost effective as well. The new HD Hero 3 cameras are really nice!
