Urgent Advice Needed: 2022 Panamera Maintenance and Safety Concerns

Hi everyone,

I’m a Porsche owner from Vancouver and am dealing with serious issues following a routine maintenance at Langley Porsche. My 2022 Panamera now has severe problems: engine vibration, reduced brake performance, oil leaks, and suspected suspension failure.

The $7,611 service took 15 days and included a PDK transmission service I didn’t authorize. Additionally, all four brake pads were reported to have exactly 3mm of wear—the replacement threshold—which seems highly suspicious.

What worries me the most is the safety of my vehicle. I am deeply concerned that it might fail unexpectedly, putting my safety and that of others on the road at risk.

An independent inspection has since deemed my vehicle unsafe to drive due to safety risks. This is alarming because the car was running perfectly fine when I sent it in. I am also deeply concerned that parts may have been replaced or repairs conducted without my consent during those 15 days.

This vehicle is my only means of transportation in Vancouver, and I’ve been limiting its use to slow, minimal driving. However, the constant fear of a potential mechanical failure has left me extremely anxious.

Despite filing a complaint over a month ago, Langley Porsche hasn’t responded, and Porsche Canada keeps redirecting me back to them. I feel powerless and don’t know what to do next.

If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice on how to handle this, I’d be very grateful. Thank you for your help!
