Perhaps it would be helpful to know the alignment specs of this particular CR that is being affected.

Karma for buying a lighter Cayman that emphasizes balance and driver involvement, then adding a PDK to it?

Being a whiny purist aside, that really sucks. It's sounds like a fantastic car, and I wish the owners the best. The ones with a manual, at least.

Even manual CR's will start experiencing higher temps when tracked for sessions longer than 20~25 minutes.

My CR showed higher engine temps after 40 minutes of hard driving at the track, even at ambient temps in the mid 80's, and it would become harder to get into the respective gears after 25~30 minutes into the track session. It might be related to the way that the shifter cables are routed over the engine that probably experiences quite a bit of heat soak over a long track session, and perhaps it also has to do with the tranny possibly needing a cooler.

What I also find baffling is that PCNA does not encourage owners who are tracking their CR's who are seeing higher engine temps to add a 3rd radiator (just like the PDK equipped cars) if they happen to have the 6 speed CR.

Even Nissan North America acknowledges the fact that their 370Z's require additional cooling capacity when tracked and offer a NISMO kit at their dealerships.

Really expected more from PCNA given the marketing of the CR as a track friendly Cayman.
